Ex tech entrepreneur / vc / investor now on a mission to teach leaders to regulate/rewire the brain & disarm the ego to get the f out of their own way so that they can exalt their gifts to the fullest.
Your business needs more than just skills and talent. Your family needs more than just structure and time. At the core of anything and everything you want is personal responsibility and emotional fitness, but it takes skill, discipline, and knowledge to strengthen these muscles.
We must first learn how to use our own technology and thrive, regardless of our external circumstances.
This is a skill that you can and must cultivate.
Only then you will be the leader, parent, person, you want to be. No matter what your current circumstances are.
Success without Fulfillment is the Ultimate Failure
We are not here to win, we’re here to CONNECT, GROW & CONTRIBUTE.
Parenting Mindset Mastermind
Are you looking to create calm, bring stress levels back down, and stop reacting unconsciously?
Emergency Planning – When the Ego attacks
Learn about the layers of the self and how to identify when your highest self is being highjacked.
Impenetrable Mindset Mastermind
High performing entrepreneurs, influencers, and coaches train to never be at the mercy of their external circumstances again.
My philosophy: Practice only matters insofar as it changes people for the better. I want to see questions answered, pains resolved, dysfunctions
managed, and damage repaired.
A plan isn’t enough. Going through the motions of practice isn’t enough. I want to see lives changed.
Success, however you define it, takes unrelenting and sustainable action towards your goals, but magic in your life can only happen when habits of the mind have quieted down.
I focus on both ends of the spectrum simultaneously, creating a culture of progress and momentum, while also doing the deep work so you can finally break the cycle once and for all.

My training, education, and interests have led me to an approach that is inherently and implicitly the integration of east and west.
After much trial and error, and exhaustive study across the spectrum, I believe you need both to master this reality.
What do I mean by this? I mean that setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and accumulating achievements are great. Strategies and tactics are a must. Learning as much as possible as quickly as possible is a no-brainer. But progress is not enough.
You will inevitably come up against something that you cannot blast through, no matter how smart, determined, or focused you are. It might be an issue with your children or a relationship you can’t control. Perhaps it’s an identity crisis or the loss of a loved one. Maybe it’s a global crisis.
Ultimately, if you do not master your mind, you will always be at the mercy of external circumstances.
Don’t get me wrong; I am all about checking boxes. From skiing to academics, I have been an overachiever in almost everything I’ve done. And I am all about learning things as fast as you can and doing things efficiently as possible. That’s why I controlled every aspect of my education and career. I do believe you make yourself and your destiny is a choose-your-own-adventure book – it’s why I became a Tony Robbins Master Coach.
And then I had children…. and the universe laughed in my face at my ability to make anything happen as planned. In my effort to control, I became a parenting coach, and when that didn’t “work,” a consciousness coach. Mindfulness is a survival mechanism rather than a buzzword in my marketing collateral.
